Larry Bird-Magic Johnson rookie card sells for over $100K on eBay

A 1980 Topps card featuring then-rookies Larry Bird and Magic Johnson fetched $125,200 in an eBay auction Wednesday night.
The sale is one of the highest prices ever paid for a basketball card, according to ESPN's Darren Rovell. The same card, which also features Julius Erving, sold for $96,000 in 2016.

The card is listed as "Gem Mint 10," the highest grade given by Professional Sports Authenticator.
