Report: Kings waiving Artis

The Sacramento Kings are waiving training camp signee Jamel Artis, a league source told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

Artis played 15 games for the Orlando Magic last season, averaging 5.1 points, 2.5 rebounds, and 1.2 assists per game. The 6-foot-7 wing was a standout for Orlando's G League affiliate, putting up 19.5 points, 5.8 rebounds, and 2.4 assists in 46 appearances for the Lakeland Magic.

A four-year product of Pitt, Artis garnered All-ACC honorable mention honors as a senior in 2016-17.
