San Antonio Spurs point guard Dejounte Murray exited Sunday's preseason outing against the Houston Rockets with an apparent right knee injury.

He will reportedly undergo an MRI on Monday to learn the extent of the damage, league sources told Yahoo Sports' Chris Haynes.

Murray was able to walk off under his own power after his knee buckled on a breakaway drive. After staying down, Murray exited the floor at the AT&T Center and refused to use a wheelchair.

Murray was the youngest player in NBA history to ever be named to an All-Defensive team last season. He averaged 8.1 points, 5.7 rebounds, 2.9 assists, and 1.2 steals in 21.5 minutes per game for the 47-win Spurs.

His rookie teammate, Lonnie Walker IV, will go under the knife Monday to repair a tear in his right medial meniscus that will sideline him for six-to-eight weeks.
