The Denver Nuggets announced Wednesday that they have come to an agreement on a contract extension with head coach Michael Malone.
Malone's existing contract would have expired after this season. The extension will add another two years to his term, sources told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
He's entering his fourth season as bench boss in Denver and owns a record of 119-127. He previously coached the Sacramento Kings for a season and a half.
