Las Vegas seemed to be impressed by the Philadelphia 76ers' reported acquisition of Jimmy Butler on Saturday. Westgate's odds of Philadelphia winning the NBA title this season jumped to 16-1 - the Sixers had 30-1 odds prior to the trade.
The 76ers are now at 7-2 odds to win the Eastern Conference, according to Westgate, which is still behind the Toronto Raptors and Boston Celtics.
Philadelphia sat third in the Eastern Conference standings going into Saturday's games. While the 76ers' depth takes a hit in sending out Robert Covington and Dario Saric, Butler figures to round out a formidable big three unit with Joel Embiid and Ben Simmons.
