Thunder extend Warriors' losing streak to 4, longest of Kerr era
The Golden State Warriors find themselves in the midst of a four-game losing streak following a blowout 123-95 loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder on Wednesday night at Oracle Arena.
This marks the first time since Steve Kerr took over as head coach in 2014 that the two-time defending champions have dropped four games in a row.
It's the organization's longest losing skid since the 2012-13 campaign when it strung together four losses from Feb. 26 through March 2 while on an Eastern Conference road trip.
The 28-point drubbing at the hands of Oklahoma City was also Golden State's second-worst home loss of the Kerr era.
Russell Westbrook recorded his first triple-double of the season, finishing with 11 points, 11 rebounds, and 12 assists to help the Thunder improve to 11-6.
The Warriors fall to 12-7 and will host the Portland Trail Blazers on Friday.
