Oklahoma City Thunder rookie Hamidou Diallo exited Wednesday's game against the Golden State Warriors late in the fourth quarter on a stretcher.

He reportedly suffered only a left ankle sprain, league sources told The Athletic's Shams Charania, and will undergo further evaluation on Thursday.

The 20-year-old shooting guard was fighting for a defensive rebound with Warriors forward Jonas Jerebko before coming down awkwardly with his left leg underneath him.

Diallo was in a great deal of pain and stayed down for several minutes before a stretcher arrived to help him off the floor.

The Thunder ultimately beat the Warriors 123-95, with Diallo recording three points, six rebounds, and two assists in 17 minutes of action before exiting.

Entering the matchup, the 45th overall pick of the 2018 draft was averaging 6.5 points on 49.4 percent shooting in 14.4 minutes as a reserve this season.

Thunder teammate Terrance Ferguson also left Wednesday's game early after suffering a left ankle sprain.
