There were questions about how LaVar Ball and LeBron James would get along following the latter's arrival in Los Angeles, but so far, they've been keeping their distance from one another.
"I really don't have a relationship with LeBron," LaVar, the father of Lakers point guard Lonzo Ball, told TMZ Sports. "I like it. He ain't done nothing bad to me; I ain't done nothing bad to him. So, as long as we good, we'll be all right."
The pair clashed in 2017 after LaVar said James' son, LeBron "Bronny" James Jr., would have a difficult time living up to his father's legacy. James later issued a warning to LaVar, saying, "Keep my kids' name out of your mouth. Keep my family out of your mouth."
