Reports surfaced Wednesday that Phoenix Suns owner Robert Sarver is threatening to relocate the franchise to Seattle or Las Vegas if the city doesn't approve funding for an arena renovation.
The threat was a topic of discussion on Thursday's episode of ESPN's "The Jump," and former NBA head coach-turned-studio analyst Stan Van Gundy used it as an opportunity to throw some shade at Sarver.
"The question isn't are Seattle and Las Vegas realistic options for the Suns," Van Gundy said. "The question is when’s Robert Sarver gonna bring an NBA team to Phoenix?"
