Enes Kanter won't soon forget the nose-to-nose showdown with Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo that got him ejected from Thursday's matchup at Fiserv Forum.

The New York Knicks center was still seething over the confrontation on Friday, blasting the "Greek Freak" for coming at him after a forearm shot that went uncalled and sent Antetokounmpo crashing to the hardwood.

"He's the golden boy," said Kanter, according to the New York Post's Marc Berman. "He's the golden child. I'm not trying to fight against superstars and All-Stars. It just happens. If it was something else, I would've gone after somebody else.

"Obviously he's the golden child and they gave me two technicals. OK. Whatever? I'm going to leave the management to take care of all that stuff."

Kanter also took exception to Antetokounmpo saying he was going to punch Mario Hezonja "in the n--s" after the Knicks guard stepped over him following a dunk earlier in the month.

"I was very pissed because what kind of player are you … did he not get any PR lesson?" Kanter said. "You cannot say to the media, 'I'm going to punch somebody in the whatever.' If you're the best player in the world or the worst player in the world, you cannot be talking about my teammate like that.

"It's very childish of him. He's an MVP candidate. He's a cool dude and carrying that franchise, but you can't be talking about my teammates like that."

Asked about his ejection following the 112-96 loss to Milwaukee, Kanter acknowledged, whether sarcastically or not, that he was unaware he'd been ejected; he said he only left the court to receive stitches after taking a Thon Maker elbow near his eye.

The Knicks and Bucks won't play each other again during the regular season. When made aware of that fact, Kanter responded, "One day."
