NBA Hall of Famer and ESPN color commentator Bill Walton has been known to say some outlandish things, so when he mentioned on Thursday night's broadcast that he appeared in 1984's "Ghostbusters," play-by-play man Dave Pasch was skeptical.
Pasch, who told Walton he's seen the movie 100 times, spent several minutes trying to figure out what role his broadcast partner could've played. Walton didn't provide any details, though, only telling Pasch to watch it until the end.
A Reddit user did exactly that and found Walton in the background of the end-credits scene, around the 1:39:00 mark of the movie.
Sure enough, Walton is listed on the "Ghostbusters" IMDB page as appearing in an uncredited role as himself.
