Milwaukee Bucks guard Malcolm Brogdon underwent an MRI on Saturday that revealed a minor plantar fascia tear in his right foot, and the team announced he'll be out indefinitely.
The Bucks are expected to be without Brogdon for six-to-eight weeks, meaning he could miss the beginning of Milwaukee's postseason run, sources told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski and Malika Andrews.
Brogdon played just seven minutes against the Miami Heat on Friday before missing the remainder of the Bucks' 113-98 win.
Brogdon's two-way play has been an integral part of Milwaukee's success this season. He's averaging a career-best 15.6 points and 4.5 rebounds while shooting 42.6 percent from three and a league-leading 92.8 percent from the charity stripe.
