theScore's Cross Culture debuts with Nigerian sensation Burna Boy
Nigerian artist Burna Boy has taken off globally. The Afro-fusion star was featured on Fallout Boy's latest Grammy-nominated album, his own album debuted at No. 3 on Billboard's reggae albums chart, and he's commanded over 150 million streams worldwide, earning himself a set at Coachella this spring. An avid basketball fan, theScore caught up with Burna Boy in Los Angeles to discuss how Giannis Antetokounmpo has inspired his work and others in Africa. In addition, we get an exclusive first look at Burna Boy's Antetokoumpo-inspired track, "34."
