Siakam listed as doubtful for Game 4 with calf contusion
Toronto Raptors forward Pascal Siakam is listed as doubtful for Sunday's Game 4 against the Philadelphia 76ers with a right calf contusion, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
If Siakam sits against the 76ers, the Raptors will lose their second-most reliable offensive option behind Kawhi Leonard. The 25-year-old Siakam is averaging 23.3 points and 5.7 rebounds through the first three games of the series.
Raptors head coach Nick Nurse could inject Serge Ibaka into the starting lineup beside Marc Gasol, weakening an already thin frontcourt rotation.
Toronto's depth has been a significant issue against Philadelphia thus far, with the 76ers' reserves outscoring the Raptors' bench unit 73-30.
Siakam was in the All-Star conversation during a breakout regular season and is the front-runner for the NBA's Most Improved Player award after averaging 16.9 points and 6.9 rebounds in 80 appearances.
The 76ers currently hold a 2-1 lead in the Eastern Conference semifinals.
