Curry after blown dunk: 'Not my finest moment'
Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry wasn't at his best in Game 3 on Saturday against the Houston Rockets, and a wide-open dunk clanking off the side of the rim late in overtime punctuated the guard's rough night.

"It's pretty self-explanatory right there," Curry said following Golden State's 126-121 loss at the Toyota Center. "I was feeling pretty good. I had a nice head of steam and probably a little bit of frustration too ... not my finest moment."
The two-time MVP finished with 17 points in 45 minutes of action, but he missed 16 of his 23 field-goal attempts, with some blown layups sprinkled in, while converting just 2-of-9 from 3-point range. It was the second time in three games against Houston that Curry was held under 20 points, and the third time he shot below 42 percent.
Curry refused to make excuses for his poor performance, even though he competed with an injured left middle finger, which he dislocated early in Golden State's Game 2 victory on Tuesday.

"Nah, I've just gotta make those," Curry told The Athletic's Tim Kawakami about his missed left-handed layups. "If I'm out there playing, gotta produce. And it just didn't happen tonight."
The reigning champion Warriors still hold a 2-1 lead over Houston heading into Game 4 on Monday.
