The Memphis Grizzlies recently interviewed Toronto Raptors assistant Adrian Griffin for their head coaching vacancy, sources told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
Griffin is completing his first year as Nick Nurse's lead assistant in Toronto. He spent the previous decade in a similar capacity with the Oklahoma City Thunder, Orlando Magic, Chicago Bulls, and Milwaukee Bucks. Prior to that, Griffin played nine years in the NBA.
Additionally, the Grizzlies reportedly interviewed former Phoenix Suns head coach Igor Kokoskov for the vacancy, and they've also been linked to Lithuanian coach Sarunas Jasikevicius.
