A marquee matchup will dominate the opening night of the Las Vegas Summer League.
Zion Williamson's New Orleans Pelicans will face former Duke teammate RJ Barrett's New York Knicks at 9:30 p.m. ET on July 5.
Williamson and Barrett went first and third overall, respectively, in Thursday's NBA draft. The second selection, Ja Morant, will not play for the Memphis Grizzlies in Vegas after undergoing a minor knee procedure.
The summer league features all 30 NBA squads, plus the Chinese and Croatian national teams this year. It tips off with 10 games and runs through July 15 at the Thomas & Mack Center and Cox Pavilion on the UNLV campus.
