Lakers sign Troy Daniels to 1-year, $2.1M contract

The Los Angeles Lakers reached a one-year, $2.1-million agreement with shooting guard Troy Daniels, his agent, Mark Bartelstein, told The Athletic's Shams Charania.
Daniels is a career 40 percent 3-point shooter through six seasons. Overall, the 6-foot-4 wing has averaged seven points on an effective field-goal percentage of 54.9 percent in 15.5 minutes per game.
He's spent the last two seasons with the Phoenix Suns and turns 28 in July.
