The Phoenix Suns have signed forward Cheick Diallo to a two-year contract, league sources told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
The New Orleans Pelicans selected Diallo with the No. 33 pick in the 2016 draft, back when current Suns head coach Monty Williams was manning their bench.
In three seasons with the Pelicans, the Mali-born big man averaged 5.5 points, 4.6 rebounds, and half a block in 12.6 minutes per game.
