AAU director: No parents complained about LeBron's celebrations
While some analysts have taken issue with LeBron James' celebrations at his eldest son Bronny's recent AAU games, the director of the tournament says the parents and players in attendance loved it.
AAU tournament director Gary Charles told TMZ Sports there wasn't a single complaint about James' behavior. He also praised the James family for being "first class" throughout the tournament.
"When that play happened, it was such a tremendous play, the excitement came out," Charles said. “And here's what people don't understand - it wasn't even Bronny that he did it for. He did it for another young man out of this program. That was joy. That was excitement. I thought it was awesome the way he just went out there and showed pure joy.
"Okay, his sneaker fell off - that's just part of it. We all laughed. I even teased him about that."
