Boston Celtics center Enes Kanter could be going by a new name in a couple of years.
Kanter, a native of Turkey and vocal critic of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, told TMZ Sports that he's considering a change once he becomes an American citizen.
"I'm actually becoming a U.S. citizen in two years," Kanter said. "I'm actually thinking about adding an American name. I'm still thinking about it. I don't know yet."
Kanter doesn't have any names in mind just yet, so he took to Twitter to ask for suggestions.
