Puma has made several big splashes since re-entering the basketball landscape, signing young players such as Phoenix Suns center Deandre Ayton and Sacramento Kings forward Marvin Bagley III - the top two picks of the 2018 draft. The company also agreed to deals with vets DeMarcus Cousins, Rudy Gay, and Danny Green.
Barrett is Puma's biggest signing of this summer, as he's coming off of a strong campaign at Duke and was drafted third overall by the Knicks in arguably basketball's biggest market.
The 19-year-old earned consensus All-American honors with the Blue Devils after averaging 22.6 points, 7.6 rebounds, and 4.3 assists as a freshman.
