The Utah Jazz are waiving forward Jeff Green, according to The Athletic's Shams Charania and Tony Jones.
The 33-year-old struggled in 29 games with Utah this season, shooting 39% from the field and 33% from 3-point range while averaging 7.8 points and 2.8 rebounds in just over 18 minutes per game.
Green signed a one-year, $2.5-million contract with the Jazz in July.
Utah apparently waived Green to create a roster spot for G League forward Rayjon Tucker, who the Jazz signed, ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reports.
Tucker averaged 23.8 points in 16 games with the G League's Wisconsin Herd this season.
