Dallas Mavericks swingman Tim Hardaway Jr. will miss Tuesday's contest against the Oklahoma City Thunder with a left hamstring strain, and he's currently day-to-day, head coach Rick Carlisle told Mavs.com's Dwain Price.
Hardaway suffered the injury during the first quarter of Dallas' game against the Los Angeles Lakers on Dec. 29 when he landed following a breakaway dunk. He played just seven minutes before limping off the court.
The Michigan product is the Mavericks' third-leading scorer at 13.7 points per game. He's been a key piece of the club's elite floor-spacing offense, connecting on 38.2% of his treys while shooting 6.8 attempts per contest.
