Hawks' Young suffers ankle sprain, leaves game

Atlanta Hawks point guard Trae Young was ruled out for the remainder of Saturday's game against the Dallas Mavericks after leaving midway through the third quarter with a right ankle sprain, the team announced.
However, the injury is thought to be a "tweak," and Young likely won't need to undergo X-rays or an MRI, sources told Yahoo Sports' Chris Haynes.
Young finished with 12 points on 4-of-13 shooting with six rebounds and a career-worst one assist in 26 minutes of action.
The recently named All-Star entered Saturday's tilt averaging 29.4 points and 9.2 assists per game, ranking fourth and second in the league, respectively.
