Boston Celtics swingman Jaylen Brown said he drove 15 hours to his hometown of Atlanta to take part in protests Saturday over the killing of George Floyd.
"First and foremost, I'm a black man and I'm a member of this community ... We're raising awareness for some of the injustices that we've been seeing," the 23-year-old said during his ongoing Instagram Live session. "It's not OK."

He was joined by Indiana Pacers guard Malcolm Brogdon, who is also a native of Atlanta.

Brogdon voiced a positive message for those in attendance.
Meanwhile in Los Angeles, Jordan Clarkson and J.R. Smith joined protestors.
