Cleveland Cavaliers center Andre Drummond is paying it forward. The two-time All-Star recently left a $1,000 tip on a $164.25 bill at Che, a restaurant in Delray Beach, Florida.
"When I was given the checkbook, I went to put in the tip and information to close the table and I couldn't believe it," waitress Kassandra Diaz wrote in a post on the restaurant's Instagram account. "From a $160 check, the tip read $1,000. I was shaking and had tears of happiness after what he left me."
Drummond thanked the restaurant for the hospitality and liked the post.
The big man follows in the footsteps of former star NFL receiver Chad Johnson, who recently left another hefty tip for a server.
