A LeBron James basketball card has set a new modern-day record at auction with more than two weeks remaining to bid.
The LBJ 2003-2004 Upper Deck Exquisite card, which is being auctioned off by Goldin Auctions, broke the record for the most expensive modern-day card last week with a $960,000 bid, according to Action Network's Darren Rovell.
Goldin Auctions said earlier this month the card is expected to sell for over $1 million. The auction closes July 18.
