The NBA is making plans for a virtual draft combine next month consisting of several regional sites, sources told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
Prospective draftees would go to select NBA cities across the continent with medical staff administering physicals at local hospitals and players working out at team facilities.
COVID-19 testing would reportedly be included.
The draft combine is traditionally held in Chicago every May. However, the event was canceled this year as a result of the coronavirus pandemic. While the draft itself has been rescheduled for Oct. 16, the NBA hasn't determined a location or format for it, according to Wojnarowski.
The draft lottery takes place on Thursday night.
