The San Antonio Spurs and guard Derrick White agreed to a four-year, $73-million contract extension, his agent told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

White's deal came before Monday's 6 p.m. ET deadline for rookie-scale contract extensions.

The No. 29 pick in the 2017 draft, White has come into his own over the last two seasons, averaging 10.6 points and almost a steal per game on 35.5% 3-point shooting.
