The NBA announced Wednesday that none of the 495 players tested for COVID-19 in the past week returned confirmed positive results.
The trend continues in the right direction, as the league reported two positive tests last week and just one on Dec. 10. The NBA's first round of announced testing on Dec. 2 revealed 48 positives out of 546 players.
Under pandemic protocols, any team member that returns a positive test is forced to isolate until cleared under the rules established by the NBA and NBPA in accordance with CDC guidance.
