Pacers' Warren to undergo foot surgery, out indefinitely

The 27-year-old sat out Indiana's win Thursday over the Cleveland Cavaliers. The Pacers didn't provide a time frame for his recovery.
After a breakout performance last season in the bubble, Warren was averaging 15.5 points and 3.5 rebounds through four games this year. In six seeding contests in Orlando, he averaged 31 points and shot 52.4% from deep on seven attempted threes per game.
Warren suffered a similar injury to his right foot in 2016 while with the Phoenix Suns. The ailment ended his season early in January. However, he recovered fully in time for the start of the 2016-17 campaign.
