Bucks' Kurucs pleads guilty to disorderly conduct following 2019 arrest
Milwaukee Bucks reserve Rodions Kurucs pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct Friday, according to The Athletic's Diamond Leung.
Kurucs was arrested on misdemeanor assault charges in 2019 after allegedly choking, striking, and biting his then-girlfriend during a dispute. He'll be discharged if he completes an online, 16-week domestic violence program and abides by a final order of protection, per Leung.
Kurucs was the No. 40 pick in the 2018 draft. He spent his first two professional seasons with the Brooklyn Nets before being traded to the Houston Rockets earlier this campaign as part of the James Harden trade. Houston then dealt him to Milwaukee in last week's P.J. Tucker swap.
The 23-year-old has yet to play with the Bucks due to an abdominal strain.
