Wiggins becomes 1st Canadian-born player to score 10,000 career points
Golden State Warriors forward Andrew Wiggins made some history against the Washington Wizards on Wednesday, becoming the first Canadian-born NBA player to score 10,000 career points.

Legendary Canadian point guard Steve Nash, who finished with 17,387 career points, was born in South Africa.
Wiggins accomplished the feat in his 513th career game. After being selected first overall in the 2014 draft, the 26-year-old has averaged 18.1 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 2.3 assists over seven seasons split between the Warriors and Minnesota Timberwolves.

Wiggins finished the Warriors' loss to the Wizards with 14 points, four rebounds, and three steals in 38 minutes.
