Trae Young to undergo MRI on ankle Thursday
Atlanta Hawks star Trae Young will undergo an MRI on Thursday after initial X-rays on his ankle came back negative, the team announced, according to The New York Times' Marc Stein.
The floor general exited the second half of Atlanta's 137-127 overtime loss to the New York Knicks on Wednesday after landing awkwardly. He required assistance to return to the locker room.
Young, who registered 20 points, 14 assists, and four steals, was upbeat postgame.
