Jazz guard Clarkson beats Ingles, Rose for Sixth Man of the Year
Utah Jazz guard Jordan Clarkson was named the Sixth Man of the Year for the 2020-21 season on Monday, receiving the trophy from teammate and second-place finisher Joe Ingles.
Clarkson becomes the first Jazz player to win the award. He averaged 18.4 points, four rebounds, and 2.5 assists in 68 appearances - all but one of them coming off the bench. No player scored more points per game while making fewer starts.
The 28-year-old received 65 first-place votes to Ingles' 34 from a panel of 100 media members.
