KD expecting 'ridiculous' atmosphere in Toronto for Nets-Raptors
Brooklyn Nets star Kevin Durant is looking forward to making the trip to Toronto now that the Raptors have returned home following a year in Tampa.
Durant said he's excited to play in Toronto again and expects a "ridiculous" atmosphere at Scotiabank Arena when the Raptors host the Nets on Sunday.
"I'm excited that Toronto is open again and they got their team back," the 33-year-old said following the Nets' win over the Detroit Pistons on Friday. "It was a rough year for them being in Tampa and moving your whole organization, so it's exciting that we get to go up there and play again.
"That's a unique fan base, and you know they're gonna be on their feet all game and giving their team some energy. So it's going to be a nice test for us. That's a good team."
The Nets currently sit fourth in the Eastern Conference at 6-3, while the Raptors are eighth at 6-4.
