JR Smith has a lot to be proud of after completing his first semester at North Carolina A&T.
The two-time NBA champion, who's pursuing a degree in liberal studies, revealed Tuesday that he finished with a 4.0 Grade Point Average.
"I can't even describe the feeling, I ain't even gonna lie to you. ... When I tell you 4.0. When I tell you some shit you worked for. Oh my god," Smith said in a video posted on Instagram.
"Monday through Friday, 8 to 11 - sometimes longer. Straight schoolwork when you're not used to going to school and doing all of that shit. Ah, man."
Smith also landed a spot on the A&T men's golf team as a freshman walk-on this semester and competed in his first collegiate golf tournament in October.
