Steph undergoes MRI after injuring foot vs. Celtics
Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry exited in the second quarter of Wednesday's 110-88 loss against the Boston Celtics with left foot soreness and did not return.
Warriors head coach Steve Kerr says Curry underwent an MRI postgame and the team is awaiting results, according to ESPN's Kendra Andrews.
Curry was ruled out shortly after appearing to injure himself in a play involving Marcus Smart. As Smart dove for a loose ball, the Celtics guard landed on Curry's foot, and the Warriors star proceeded to limp up the court after the play.

Smart discussed his exchange with Kerr following the game and stated his actions that led to Curry's injury were unintentional.
"Steve and I know each other from USA Basketball. He knows I would never try to hurt anyone," Smart said, according to Spotrac's Keith Smith.
The Celtics have now won four straight games over the Warriors in the Bay Area.
