After helping orchestrate the Chicago Bulls' resurgence in the Eastern Conference during the regular season, DeMar DeRozan earned his second-career spot on the All-NBA Second Team. Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry, Brooklyn Nets forward Kevin Durant, and Philadelphia 76ers big man Joel Embiid round out the Second Team selections.

Minnesota Timberwolves | Karl-Anthony Towns |
Los Angeles Lakers | LeBron James |
Phoenix Suns | Chris Paul |
