Forward Brandon Clarke agreed to a four-year, $52-million contract extension with the Memphis Grizzlies, his agents told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

The 26-year-old is entering the final year of his rookie deal. He would've been a restricted free agent next July if he hadn't signed an extension before Monday's deadline.

Clarke averaged 10.9 points and 5.6 rebounds per game over his first three NBA seasons with Memphis. He was a key part of the Grizzlies' strong bench unit last season alongside guards Tyus Jones and De'Anthony Melton.

Memphis acquired Clarke during the 2019 NBA Draft from the Oklahoma City Thunder, who selected him 21st overall.
