Nicholson is known as a diverse scoring power forward, but as the league has demanded that every player develop more of an all-around game, he has smartly committed to making himself both inside the arc and outside it. While the Magic seem likely to continue starting Maurice Harkless and Tobias Harris at the forward spots, if Nicholson shows that he can hit a three-point shot efficiently, we could see the Magic push Harkless or Harris to the bench depending on match-ups.
