Boston Celtics starters Jayson Tatum, Marcus Smart, and Al Horford returned to the lineup for Wednesday's 127-109 blowout win over the Detroit Pistons.

Smart missed the last 11 games after he suffered an ankle injury against the Toronto Raptors on Jan. 21. The reigning Defensive Player of the Year tallied nine points, seven boards, six assists, and six steals in 29 minutes of action.

Tatum and Horford sat out Boston's 131-125 loss Tuesday to the Milwaukee Bucks due to an illness and a knee ailment, respectively.

Tatum finished with a game-high 38 points, nine boards, and seven assists. Meanwhile, Horford chipped in 11 points and seven rebounds.

Additionally, guard Derrick White suited up despite an ear injury, while big man Robert Williams sat out with an ankle sprain. Both played against the Bucks.

The Celtics have also been without All-Star Jaylen Brown for the last three games after he suffered a facial fracture. He reportedly could be sidelined through the All-Star break.

Despite all the injuries, Boston leads the NBA with a 42-17 record.
