Bucks sign veteran guard Dragic
The Milwaukee Bucks have signed veteran guard Goran Dragic, the team announced Saturday.
Dragic was waived by the Chicago Bulls at the end of February. The 36-year-old averaged 6.4 points, 2.7 assists, and 1.4 rebounds in 51 games for the Bulls.
The veteran guard has bounced around the league since being included in the Kyle Lowry sign-and-trade from the Miami Heat to the Toronto Raptors in 2021. After playing five games with the Raptors, Dragic was traded to the San Antonio Spurs, where he was bought out, and signed with the Brooklyn Nets in 2022.
Dragic holds career averages of 13.3 points, 4.7 assists, and three rebounds over 15 seasons in the league.
The Bucks lost their 16-game winning streak to the Philadelphia 76ers on Saturday. They take on the Wizards on Sunday, with tipoff slated for 7:30 p.m. ET.
