The NBA announced Milwaukee Bucks forward Thanasis Antetokounmpo was suspended one game for headbutting Boston Celtics forward Blake Griffin during Thursday's 140-99 loss.
Antetokounmpo was assessed a flagrant-2 foul and ejected for the incident, which occurred with 1:25 remaining in the blowout. Griffin was called for a flagrant 1 for a hard hit on Antetokounmpo attempting a layup, to which the Bucks forward retaliated.
Antetokounmpo will serve his suspension in Sunday's game against the Philadelphia 76ers.
