The Philadelphia 76ers agreed on a one-year deal to re-sign reserve center Montrezl Harrell, sources told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

Harrell played 57 games last season for the 76ers, serving as one of MVP Joel Embiid's backups. He averaged just 5.6 points, his lowest scoring output since his rookie campaign.

The journeyman has bounced around the league since winning Sixth Man of the Year for the Los Angeles Clippers for the 2019-20 season.

Philadelphia recently signed center Mo Bamba, who may compete with Harrell for the backup role.

Paul Reed, another of Philadelphia's reserve centers last season, is currently a restricted free agent. The 76ers can match any contract offer he signs if they wish to bring him back.
