Williams signed a contract with Tianjin of the Chinese Basketball League on Sunday, Yahoo! Sports reports.
Williams last played for the Nets of New Jersey during the lockout-shortened 2011-12 season, when he posted a modest 4.6 points (on 47.8 percent shooting) and six rebounds in 22 minutes per game. Considering how well he fares in his age-30 campaign, he could be a depth addition to an NBA frontcourt once the CBL concludes next spring.
