Miller, who was benched for the entirety of Wednesday's game, cursed at Shaw during 114-102 loss to the 76ers, the Nuggets eighth straight. The 37-year-old has seen his minutes cut significantly this season, his first under Shaw. After averaging 26.2 minutes per game last season, Miller has averaged a career-low 19 minutes per game this season.
Miller was kept away from the team Thursday and will miss Friday's game vs. Memphis and Sunday's game in Los Angeles against the Lakers.
