GIF: LeBron James can jump high and dunk hard

Take a second to appreciate everything about this LeBron James dunk from Thursday night.

First, he takes off from one step inside the free throw line. That's dunk contest kinda distance. He also has his eyes at rim-level, meaning his vertical was about 36 inches, give or take, for the jam. And finally, he throws it down with authority.

It's a very good dunk. Poor Kendall Marshall looks like a sad child watching from the free throw line.
