Carmelo Anthony sets franchise record with 62 points vs. Bobcats

Bernard King, who dropped 60 points against the Nets in 1984, no longer holds the record for most points scored by a Knick in a single game.

Perhaps more impressive than anything is that Anthony accomplished the feat on 23-of-35 shooting (65.7 percent).

He's now one of only two active players (Kobe Bryant being the other) to have scored 60 points in a game.
